IronSouth brings commercial laundry leasing to Birmingham and the Southeast — no national call center, no subcontracted technicians. Just a local team that answers the phone and stands behind the work.
Built around what property owners were tired of.
IronSouth started with a simple pattern we kept hearing from property managers: aging machines, slow repairs, and a laundry room nobody could really account for. We built the company around fixing exactly that — new equipment, our own technicians, and revenue that stays with the property.
What that looks like in practice
- Our own technicians — never a subcontractor
- You keep full control of the revenue
- A 48-hour service guarantee, every time
